On 14 May 2020, our partner, Loshini Ramarmuty, spoke in a webinar on “ADR in Practice – Understanding the Trade and Practice” alongside with Lim Tse Wei of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP and James Ding of C.H Tay & Partners. The webinar focused on the ADR process and the relevance and significance of arbitration and adjudication in Malaysia.

This webinar was organised by Brickfields Asia College and Young Members Group of CIArb Malaysia branch.

Loshini is also the Chairperson of the Young Members Group of CIArb (Malaysia).
