Congratulations to our partner, Claudia Cheah, on being appointed as the new Co-Chair of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), Malaysia Network. IWIRC is an international organization with global membership of more than 1,500 attorneys, bankers, corporate-turnaround professionals, financial advisors and other restructuring practitioners.

Claudia is a partner in the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice group. She focuses on corporate and commercial litigation matters, including cross-border disputes, banking and finance, defamation, probate, trusts and land disputes. She also heads Skrine’s China Desk.
