Our partner, Tan Shi Wen, spoke alongside Ninette Dodoo, a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
The speakers shared on the issues entailing merger control including what are some of the different rules, criteria and processes of merger control globally as well as some insights and tips from panel with regard to negotiating M&A transactions, the obligations of parties in relation to merger notification, filing and the merger review process.
