Skrine has contributed to the content of the updated One Belt One Road Trade and Business Legal Guide (Guide) published by Malaysia-China Business Council (MCBC). The Guide sets out the common issues arising from foreign corporations’ trade, investment and business activities in Malaysia, and provides analysis to address such issues.
In conjunction with the celebration of 45
th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Malaysian and China, MCBC launched the publication of the Guide on 31 May 2019. We are honoured to be invited to participate in the launch of the Guide. Our partner and a liaison person of our China Desk, Mr. Addy Herg, also presented in a panel discussion amongst other contributors to the Guide, and answered queries raised by participants.
