Kuala Lumpur Bar - Lincoln's Inn Alumni Moot Court Competition

On 28 September 2019, our senior associate, Tan Hui Wen, was a speaker in a forum on the landmark Federal Court case of JRI Resources Sdn Bhd v Kuwait Finance House, held in conjunction with the Kuala Lumpur Bar - Lincoln's Inn Alumni Moot Court Competition at the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex. 

Surenda Ananth (Malik Imtiaz Sarwar) and Lim Wei Jiet (Sreenevasan) were the other speakers. The forum was moderated by New Sin Yew (AmerBon).
