Employment Conference 2019

On 25 April 2019, our partner, Selvamalar Alagaratnam, was a speaker at the Employment Conference 2019, organised by the Malaysian Society for Labour and Social Security Law (MSLSSL), in partnership with the Malaysian Current Law Journal (CLJ).
She spoke on employee fraud and corruption, addressing the various initiatives that need to be implemented, including policies, whistleblowing procedures, audits, due diligence, training and creating a compliance culture.
In addition, during the MSLSSL AGM that took place after the conference, Selvamalar was-re-appointed as the Secretary and our partner, Foo Siew Lee, was appointed as the Treasurer.
