We wish to congratulate our partner, Shannon Rajan, on being elected as the new Chairman of the Society of Construction Law (SCL) Malaysia for the year 2019/2020 at SCL’s Annual General Meeting held on 21 November 2019.

SCL Malaysia is part of the world-wide federation or alliance of national or regional Society of SCL organisations. The society aims to promote education, study and research in the field of construction law and related subjects both in the United Kingdom and overseas.

Shannon is a disputes partner in the Construction and Engineering practice and co-heads the Occupational, Safety and Health practice. He is also part of the Aviation practice focusing on issues arising in relation to airport projects, maintenance and operations. He was recently recognised as “Commended External Counsel of The Year” at the In-House Community Counsels of the Year Awards 2019.
