Our partners, Leong Wai Hong and Hemalatha Parasa Ramulu, will be speaking at the 2019 Kuala Lumpur Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China, to be held at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur.
Wai Hong will be commentating a session titled, “Restructuring in the Capital Market of PRC: Addressing the Global Change and New Economic Environment”. He heads the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice, holding the role since 2011.
Hemalatha will be moderating a session titled, “Lessons from the Tech Giant Battles: New Trends of Resolving Technology and Patent-related Disputes in the PRC”. She is a partner in the firm’s IP Litigation and Enforcement practice.
The summit aims to not only encourage engaging discussions on how to cope with the opportunities and challenges under the Belt and Road Initiative, but also to create lasting international connections among the Chinese and Malaysian dispute resolution communities and their international counterparts.
