Skrine’s Social Responsibility Unit, in collaboration with Project ID, recently organised two workshops on CV Writing and Interview Skills at schools in Penang.
The workshops were attended by approximately 50 students from SMJK Heng Ee Cawangan and 35 students from SMK Telok Air Tawar. Each 3-hour session covered the main steps in drafting an effective CV as well as practical tips to prepare for and excel in interviews. In the second half of the workshops, students were divided into smaller groups led by our Skrine facilitators, where they participated in mock interviews based on scenarios they selected, such as applying for pre-university scholarships, being considered for academic awards, or attending internship interviews. After each session, the facilitators provided constructive feedback to help participants strengthen their interview skills.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our lawyers who contributed to the success of these workshops, led by our Partner,
Rachel Chiah, together with
