Professional Development and Knowledge Sharing Session

On 21 November 2019, Skrine organised a professional development and knowledge sharing session on “Dispute Resolution Funding and Monetization of Judgments, Arbitral Awards and NPL’s”. The talk was presented by Ms. Marjolein van den Bosch-Broeren, Senior Legal Consultant and Mr. Chee Chong Lau of Omni Bridgeway Asia, Singapore.
The speakers shared their extensive knowledge on the topic of third party funding, with a particular focus on enforcement funding and enforcement strategies.
The sharing session was very well received and attended by our lawyers and pupils.
