Key Developments in English Commercial Litigation by Mr Khawar Qureshi Q.C.

On 31 October 2019, as part of Skrine’s professional development and knowledge initiatives, Mr Khawar Qureshi Q.C. from Serle Court Chambers and McNair Chambers Qatar, delivered a talk entitled, “Key Developments in English Commercial Litigation – case laws and procedures”.
Mr Qureshi has taught Commercial law at Cambridge University and Public International law at King's College, London and was appointed a Visiting Professor of Commercial Law at the University of London in 2006.
