The Temporary Measures for Reducing the Impact of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Bill 2020 (the ‘Bill’) was passed without amendment by the Dewan Negara (Senate) of the Malaysian Parliament on 22 September 2020.
 
The Bill will now be presented to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong for Royal Assent. Thereafter, the Bill will become law upon its publication in the Gazette.
