The Securities Commission Malaysia announced today that it has registered EdgeProp Sdn Bhd as the first Recognised Market Operator to establish and operate a property crowdfunding platform.
 
The Guidelines on Recognised Markets were revised on 17 May 2019 to introduce a framework for property crowdfunding in Malaysia.
