The Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reforms) has appointed 1 January 2026 as the date on which the Arbitration (Amendment) Act 2024 and the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication (Amendment) Act 2024 shall come into operation.
