SapuraOMV recently disposed of its entire interests in several producing assets offshore Peninsular Malaysia to Jadestone Energy plc. The assets to be sold consist of PM323, PM329, PM318 and The Abu, Abu Kecil, Bubu, North Lukut and Penara Production Sharing Contracts. The transaction, once completed represents Jadestone Energy’s maiden entry into the Malaysian upstream oil and gas industry.
