Associated International Cement Limited, an indirect subsidiary of LafargeHolcim Ltd, had on 2 May 2019 entered into an agreement with YTL Cement Berhad, a subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad, to dispose of its entire 51 percent shareholding, comprising 433,344,693 ordinary shares, in Lafarge Malaysia Berhad for a cash consideration of RM1,625,042,598.75 (USD 396 million) or RM3.75 per share.
