机油的证书和合格标签要求

自2025年4月7日起，任何人供应或提供用于机动车
1的机油
2，均需根据《2024年贸易描述（机动车用机油认证与标记）命令》
3（“命令”）申请证书和合格标签。
申请必须提交给SIRIM QAS国际有限公司（SIRIM），由其认证机油符合所需标准
4，并根据命令规定发放合格标签
5。获得认证和合格标签后，标签必须贴在机油容器盖上方的显眼位置
6。
未能遵守命令的规定构成违法行为，定罪后将面临以下处罚：
• 对于法人：罚款不超过20万令吉；如果是第二次或随后的违法行为，罚款不超过50万令吉；和
• 对于非法人：罚款不超过10万令吉，或监禁不超过三年，或两者兼施；如果是第二次或随后的违法行为，罚款不超过25万令吉，或监禁不超过五年，或两者兼施。

1 Motor vehicle, as defined in section 2 of the Road Transport Act 1987, means a vehicle of any description, propelled by means of mechanism contained within itself and constructed or adapted so as to be capable of being used on roads, and includes a trailer.
2 Engine oil, as defined in paragraph 2 of the Order, means the oil used for lubrication of internal combustion engines, except for engine oil for motor that is used for test sampling, under paragraph 7 of the Order.
