Legrand Nederland B.V. (“Legrand”) completed its acquisition of Linkk Busway Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Linkk Busway Systems”), an Asian-based specialist in power busbars with a particular focus on datacentre infrastructure.
 
Legrand, listed on the Euronext Paris, is a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures and reported sales of €8.4 billion in 2023. Linkk Busway Systems, based in Beranang, Selangor, employs over 240 staff and generates approximately €45 million in annual revenue. This transaction marks Legrand’s third acquisition in 2025 and its second in the datacentre sector, which accounted for 20% of Legrand’s proforma sales in 2024. The acquisition is aligned with Legrand’s strategic growth plan through 2030, particularly in high-growth sectors related to energy and digital transition.
