Transaction News: Accenture acquires SYSTEMA to strengthen manufacturing automation

On 1 July 2025, Accenture Dienstleistungen GmbH (“Accenture”) announced the completion of its acquisition of SYSTEMA Systementwicklung Dipl.-Inf. Manfred Austen GmbH (“SYSTEMA”). SYSTEMA is a provider of software solutions and consulting services for manufacturing automation, headquartered in Dresden, Germany. SYSTEMA’s extensive experience with semiconductor manufacturers and other high-tech companies will strengthen Accenture’s ability to deliver end-to-end support to clients in these sectors.
 
Skrine acted as the Malaysian counsel to Accenture in the transaction. Bird & Bird LLP was the lead international counsel.
