Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd (“Malaysia Airports”) has awarded the contract for the upgrade of the baggage handling system (“Baggage System”) at Terminal 1 of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to a consortium comprising T7 Kemuncak Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of T7 Global Berhad) and Siemens Logistics Pte Ltd. The contract involves the design, installation and commissioning of a new Baggage System that will utilise the latest conveying technology and high-performance controlling software.
