The Companies (Company Auditor and Liquidator Fees) Regulations 2020 (‘2020 Regulations”) were gazetted on 13 January 2020 and will come into operation on 15 January 2020.
 
The Schedule to the 2020 Regulations sets out the fees payable under the Companies Act 2016 for approval of an application, or the renewal of an approval, as a company auditor or a liquidator under sections 263 and 433 of the Companies Act 2016.
 
The Fees (Company Auditors and Liquidators) Regulations 1966 [P.U.371/66] will be revoked when the 2020 Regulations come into operation.
