CCM issues Guidelines for Corporate Rescue Mechanism

On 5 December 2018, the Companies Commission of Malaysia issued the Guidelines for Corporate Rescue Mechanism which provide guidance on Corporate Voluntary Arrangements and Judicial Management under the Companies Act 2016.

These guidelines will have to be read together with the Companies (Corporate Rescue Mechanism) Rules 2018 thst came into operation on 1 March 2018.
