Skrine acted as Malaysian counsel for Accenture Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the Malaysian arm of Accenture, a leading global professional services company, in its acquisition of Aristal Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a consulting and digital transformation firm specialising in the financial services sector.
 
Our role included conducting Malaysian legal due diligence on Aristal Solutions Sdn. Bhd., reviewing the transaction documents from a Malaysian law perspective, advising on relevant local legal considerations and coordinating the execution and completion process in Malaysia. This acquisition enhances Accenture’s capabilities in core banking transformation projects and supports its growth strategy in Malaysia’s financial services sector.
