Personal bankruptcy is now governed under the Insolvency Act 1967. We primarily act for creditors in pursuing bankruptcy actions against debtors. We also advise on the relevant court procedures and are able to assist in assessing the viability of any voluntary arrangement that may be proposed by debtors.
