The team has a wealth of experience advising on and acting in property development projects including infrastructure and utilities within the development area. Such projects include advising on the co-existence of rail infrastructure projects with commercial/residential projects such as the structuring of agreements for the co-existence of an underground rail project with an existing development over the land. We also act in transit-oriented developments, including the roll out of a transit hub with an integrated mixed development in the surrounding area. We assist in negotiations, drafting of documentation, navigation of legal and regulatory issues, and in procuring financing.
The team works with our Construction and Engineering practice in respect of the construction aspects of property development projects.
