In the copyright realm, we advise clients on steps to take to preserve and assert their rights over their creations of a literary, artistic and musical nature, sound and video recordings. Our lawyers guide clients on the documentation required for the filing of copyright notifications with the Copyright Controller. In addition, we also advise and assist clients with agreements governing the use and commercialisation of their copyright works.
