We advise clients in respect of investments in a broad spectrum of industry. The in-depth experience of the team in the various sectors of the economy, the regulatory regime and applicable practice areas assists the clients in deciding on the most appropriate and efficient structure for their investments. On completion of the investment, we advise clients on matters arising or incidental to such investments.

Privatisation
 
We advise on corporatisation and privatisation of projects. We act for the government, government-linked corporation, purchasers, underwriters and financial institutions.

Venture Capital and Private Equity

We assist start-ups, sponsors, investors to structure the investments and to prepare the documentation. The clients include offshore private equity firms which we assist in their investments into Malaysian companies by conducting due diligence and advising, commenting on the structure of the investment and drafting the transactional documentation.
