Civil Claims
The Employment Practice Group also has substantial experience in dealing with claims that are commenced in the civil courts i.e. the Subordinate Courts and High Court and at the Labour Department, which include the following:
- Defending various breach of contract claims initiated by employee(s)
- Breach of confidentiality/non-solicitation actions against employee(s)
- Defending claims initiated by employee(s) for overtime payments, termination benefits and any other statutory benefits
