INTRODUCTION
Skrine acts for major international and domestic financial institutions. Through our involvement in the setup of new financial instruments, we are kept abreast with the developments in this field and we continue to work closely with accountants and other financial advisers in relation to such new structures.
Skrine’s involvement in this practice area is on a regular basis whereby our job scope includes drafting and advising financial institutions in relation to loan structures and security or in enforcement of security documentation. Today, our skills have also expanded to include that of Islamic banking, Islamic bonds and other types of Islamic instruments.
