Harold Tan graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with degrees in Law and Accounting. He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 21 June 2001 and was a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. He has been with the firm since his call to the Malaysian Bar and was made a partner on 1 January 2009.
