Mubashir Bin Mansor was called to the Malaysian Bar in June 1989 and has been in legal practice in Malaysia with Skrine ever since. He became a partner of Skrine in 1997.
Mubashir has acted as counsel in a number of trials and hearings. A number of the matters in which he has been involved in have been reported in the Malaysian law journals. His legal career has centred around litigation work and his practice areas include insurance, arbitration, aviation, contract, tort (in particular libel, slander and malicious falsehood), banking, land law (in particular landlord and tenant) and corporate litigation.
In his pastime Mubashir enjoys reading, cycling and playing badminton. He also enjoys a good discourse in current affairs.
