Faizah JAMALUDIN Faizah JAMALUDIN
Corporate Division

Faizah Jamaludin is a Partner in Skrine’s Corporate Division. She is engaged in a variety of corporate advisory work with a focus on energy, shipping and oil & gas related matters. Her experience ranges from advising on foreign direct investments and licensing in Malaysia to the negotiation and documentation of PSCs, farm-ins, JOAs, Petronas licensing, tender processes and procurement, acquisitions, sales contracts, competition law issues; and the purchase, financing, construction, registration and charter of vessels.

Faizah is a Barrister of the Inner Temple, London. She was called to the English Bar in 1990 and the Malaysian Bar in 1994. She read in the chambers of Adrian Hamilton QC at 7 King’s Bench Walk and Neville Thomas QC at 3 Gray’s Inn Place, London. Before joining Skrine, Faizah worked for 8 years as in-house legal counsel of ExxonMobil in Malaysia and was a legal officer with the Office of the Building Societies Ombudsman, London. She is the Malaysian representative of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and is a member of AIPN’s Australia-Asia Pacific Executive Committee.
