- Assisting on investigation to investigate a whistleblower report by reviewing applicable documents including company’s Code of Conduct, Global Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy, Global Third Party Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy and Global Ethical Interactions with Healthcare Professionals Policy, and subsequently provide legal advice and recommendations.

- Assisted in a High Court case related to an environmental claim

- Assisted in a Brazil’s Anti-dumping Duties Investigation on Imports of Latex and Polyvinyl Chloride Gloves for Non-Surgical Health Care Procedures from Malaysia, Thailand and China
