The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee held the KL Bar Run 2024 on 21 January 2024 at Metropolitan Park, Kepong. Skrine is proud to be a Gold Sponsor for the run and have registered 9 teams comprising Skrinees and clients of the firm including British American Tobacco, Astro, S P Setia, Malaysia Airport, Decathlon, Hong Leong Investment and Petronas. 

Our runners woke up at 5 a.m. on a Sunday and turned a regular Sunday morning into an unforgettable experience! Each runner ran a distance of 3.5 km around the scenic Metropolitan Park lake. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ After the run, our runners were treated to a delicious meal of chicken mantu, hummus, vietnamese spring roll chicken and roti jala cooked by refugees and catered by Picha Eats.

Our Skrinee, Wong Shun Yong clocked an impressive time of 14 minutes and 45 seconds, securing a spot in the top 8! 🏆 Our fastest team secured the 26^th position out of 284 teams! 👏
