Balai ikhtisas Malaysia (BIM) in collaboration with the AIAC recently hosted the “BIM – AIAC Summit on Appropriate Dispute Resolution.”
 
Our partners, Shannon Rajan explored the various avenues of appropriate dispute resolution methods such as litigation and arbitration, further highlighting that mediation may be used as a risk management tool while Hemalatha Ramulu addressed disputes in the medical, healthcare as well as the pure and applied science industry.
 
Our Foreign Lawyer, Dr Harald Sippel, highlighted #ESG as a new area in which disputes can emerge and are already emerging. He particularly focused in #supplychain disputes pertaining to forced labour.
