Vena Nexus, part of the Vena Group (under Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP)), a leading renewable energy and digital infrastructure developer and operator in Asia Pacific, is developing a green data centre campus with an area covering 157 acres at the NS Semiconductor Valley (NSSV) Industrial Park in Negeri Sembilan. The groundbreaking ceremony for the data centre campus was officiated by Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun on 26 January 2026.
This project is a hyperscale and AI-ready data centre campus with an intended target IT load of around 350 megawatts, and is intended to provide capacity to global cloud providers and enterprises across the Asia Pacific region. It is expected to be completed in the first quarter of year 2027 and involves a long-term capital investment estimated at RM20 billion.
