Ratha Govindasamy was admitted to practice as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in April 2007. She joined the Dispute Resolution Division of Skrine as an associate in 2011.

Ratha was initially practiced as a corporate lawyer and has handled a wide variety of due diligence exercises, corporate and capital markets related work. As a litigator she has acted in a wide range of disputes both in Court and in arbitration. She has conducted interlocutory proceedings, trials, appeals and applications at all levels of the Malaysian Courts.
