Skrine Games 2004-05
4 Houses ruled the land. But only 1 would emerge victorious at the Skrine Games.
The lawyers and staff of Skrine were divided into 4 Houses, each with its own colour. The Black Knights, the Blues, the red for the Incredibles and the green of the Top Guns. The 4 Houses would compete in various sporting events called the Skrine Games.
Round 1: Darts, Pool & Boat Race The Bar Games
marked the first event of the Games. The 4 Houses gathered at Modestos, Sri Hartamas to compete in 3 disciplines: Darts, Pool, and the Boat Race. This Boat Race was a test of true athletic ability in which a 5-member team would each gulp down a mug of beer relay-style.
Round 2: Bowling
The 4 Houses then converged on the bowling lanes of the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club for the second event: the Bowling Competition. It was an epic tussle among the 4 Houses; one strike would be equally matched with another.
Round 3: Sports Day
Finally, with the points evenly spread out, the Houses slugged it out at the final event: the Sports Tournament. Valuable points were up for grabs in table-tennis, volleyball, football, netball and the tug-of-war. After a year of friendly rivalry among the 4 Houses, the Incredibles clinched first place ahead of the Black Knights, the Blues and the Top Guns.
