- Represented a global international applications software provider to obtain interim injunction and also obtained after trial substantial damages for copyright infringement.
- Represented a global major pharmaceutical innovator company to obtain interim injunction against a generics producer in respect of a claim involving infringement of a process patent.
- Represented a global medical devices manufacturer to obtain interim injunction against a Japanese company in a patent infringement claim.
- Represented a trademark holder whose registration was challenged in the Federal Court and obtained substantial damages in a trademark infringement matter involving issues regarding whether a non-invented word having no direct reference to the character and quality of the goods was registrable as a trademark.
- Represented a number of UK registered Design holders in a class action and obtained a declaration in respect of the extension of the validity of their registered designs for a 25 year period.
- Represented a major telecommunications company and obtained judgment against an infringer for copyright infringement, and against its directors for being liable for joint infringement.
- Represented a global industrial company in a patent infringement case involving a carrier for integrated circuit chips. Worked together with US lawyers to a successful conclusions in the US District Court (in Boston) and after appeal to the US FederaI Circuit Court of Appeals.
- Advised a nitrile glove exporter into the US regarding a complaint to the ITC, and worked closely with US lawyers to ultimately succeed after trial in the US ITC complaint.
