Overview  

Chin Yoong Chong commenced legal practice with Bannon & Bailey in August 1959 as a Legal Assistant and is a founding partner of Skrine (formerly known as Skrine & Co.) on 1st May 1963.

He was a Court lawyer and headed the Trade Mark and Patent Division and the Lower Court Section in Bannon & Bailey. He was also in charge of the Trade Mark and Patent Division (now known as Intellectual Property Division) in Skrine until this was taken over by Mr Lee Tatt Boon.
